Overview

This is a personal portfolio website. It does not require you to create an account, and it does not directly collect or store personal data on its servers. However, third-party services used on this site may process some data as described below. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. This site is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site (pages visited, session duration, device type, approximate location). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.

Analytics cookies are only loaded after you give consent via the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics data is collected.

Legal basis: Consent. Analytics are only activated after you explicitly accept via the cookie banner.

International transfer: Google LLC processes analytics data and may transfer it to servers in the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the transfer safeguard. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Contact Form

The contact form on this site is powered by Formspree. When you submit the form, your name, email address, and message are sent to Formspree, which forwards them to my email. Formspree processes this data on my behalf.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to an inquiry you initiated). Formspree retains form submissions for up to 30 days.

Video Call Booking

The booking page uses Cal.com (hosted at cal.eu) to schedule video calls. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name and email address to send calendar invitations. Abhivarmmen Yoheswaran is the data controller; Cal.com acts as data processor on their behalf.

Fonts

This site's fonts are self-hosted. They are bundled into the site at build time and served from the same domain. No request is made to Google's servers or any other external font provider when you visit this site.

Automated Decision-Making

This site does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Data Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are in place to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

Cookies

These cookies are only set if you accept analytics via the cookie banner. A cookie-consent preference is stored in your browser's localStorage (not a cookie) to remember your choice.
